AGREEMENT:

4. I shall be obligated to FULLY PAY THE REVIEW PROGRAM REGARDLESS OF WHETHER I COMPLETED THE
REVIEW OR NOT.
5. I shall observe all safety rules and regulations imposed by ATTRC Inc.
6. I shall pay php 50.00 in every absences that I will commit.
7. In case of non- Compliance of the above policies and on my part, I shall be subject for sanction.
