5 Time
Management
Techniques
one should
try

Don't miss Last one

02

1. Power hour:

It is basically blocking your calendar with

power hour and in that:

-> turn off all Distraction

-> Only focus on allocated task
-> No walk, No talk

2 – 3Power hours daily can increase your

efficiency drastically.

03

2. Pomodoro Technique
Step 1: Pick a task

Step 2: Set a timer for 25 Minute

Step 3: Work on your task until the time is

up

Step 4: Take a 5-minute break

Step 5: Every 4 Pomodoro, take a longer 15-

30 minute break

3. 4D System 04

Delete it: Consider the

80/20 rule; maybe it
doesn’t need to be done in the first place.

Delegate it: Ask this question, does this

require me or my skill? Can I delegate
someone with the same skill? If both yes then
do it!

Do it now: Easier said than done. If it’s

important then Do It….

Defer (Delay): If the task is one that can’t be

completed quickly and is not a high priority
item, simply defer it.

4. Eat the Frog 05

To quote Brian Tracey from his book, "Eat

That Frog,"
"If the first thing you do each morning is to
eat a live frog, you can go through the day
with the satisfaction of knowing that that is
probably the worst thing that is going to
happen to you all day long."

Your frogs each day are the tasks that will

have the greatest impact on achieving your
goals, which are usually the tasks that
you're most likely to procrastinate starting.

5.The Glass Jar: Rocks, 06

projects

Take Care of 08

Your Health
Sound Cliched?

A good night’s sleep, healthy eating, and

exercise will give you the energy, focus,
and stamina required to make the most
out of your day.

A healthy person takes half an hour while

sick will take an hour!

Taking care of your health is a choice, not a

compulsion!
