AFFIDAVIT

I, ELENOR V. ISIP, of legal age, Filipino and a resident of 24-B Brgy.

Obrero, Kamuning, Quezon City, Philippines after having been sworn to in
accordance with the law, do hereby depose and state that:

1. In the morning of August 1, 2020, a huge woman, who I later learned to be

Dominique Tan Paredes, entered into the compound shouting Dandellier’s
name and threatened him to come out whilst counting.

2. In order to avoid further embarrassment to our neighbors, my brother,

Danrowill Isip, came out and he asked Dominique what she wants and why
she was making an embarrassing situation but instead of replying to my
brother, the Dominique hit him.

3. My brother, Dandellier finally came out to talk to her in a peaceful manner

but Dominique immediately punched him.

4. My sister-in-law, Arlyn Isip, the wife of Dandellier, also came out to protect
her husband because the Respondent is a very huge woman. As she
approached the Dominique, she immediately grabbed Arlyn’s hair and pulled
them.

5. My brothers, Danrowill and Dandeliier tried to stop Dominique from pulling

Arlyn’s hair but Dominique was very strong. She also pulled Dandellier’s hair
and even bit his arm.

6. 6. I am executing this affidavit in order to attest to the truthfulness of

the foregoing statements.
