CALORIES FOR A DAY!!!

You have to take around 1000-1600 calories per day.

7:00 am – 1 cucumber, 5 soaked almonds,1 tomato. (30+35+35=100)

9:30 am – 250gm sprouts, 1 apple. (145+100=245)

From 9:30 to 3:30

(3 chapati/200gm brown rice/2 paratha/200 calories (sabzi or achar).


275 / 230 / 510 / 200
And after that you can only consume 300 calories more in the whole
day.
