EVICTION NOTICE
You are hereby given an eviction notice and notice to vacate the premises of two bedroom
apartment in …….. on or before March 31st 2022, the premise owned by Mr ….. in
…………. a town within the city of Accra, Ghana .
 The reason for this eviction notice is:
(i) Your term of tenancy expired on 30th November 2021 and you are illegally and unlawfully
residing in the apartment.
(ii) Landlord or Owner is not interested in renting the apartment to you again.
(iii) The landlord and the family have decided to renovate and come and stay at their
apartment by the month of May 2022.

You are hereby notified that you vacate the premises as indicated above. If you do not vacate
the property by the aforementioned date, I will be forced to take legal actions and force
