RESET

• Tracking: What emotion am I feeling, and where in my body do I feel it?

• Breathe: To regulate my nervous system, take 5 deep breaths & focus on the exhale.

• STOP: (Stop. Take three deep breaths. Observe what I am feeling and where I feel it. Proceed.)

• 5 Senses: 5-See; 4- Hear; 3-Feel; 2-Smell; 1-Taste

• Resourcing: What resources can you tap into to find joy and calm?

• Micro-Moments of Mindfulness: Music, chores, meals, etc.

• 10 Details: Identify 10 details you would not have normally noticed.
