jurisdiction for the trust to file petition.

3. Prove that trust has locus standi to stand before this court?

4. What is locus standi? Does the trust actually have locus standi for

all the issues presented? (right to health+ equal protection

highlighted)

5. Why is the Court supposed to accept an Indian case judgement?

6. Exactly how has the citizens’ right to health been violated? Can

you hold the government liable for this breach, what does the

constitution say?

7. Wasn’t Narnia economically incapable of fully ensuring the right?

ensuring right to health? How are you claiming they took no

steps?

made was not guaranteed to give 100% protection,especially in

the people above 45 year of age,how can you condemn this?What

exactly is your issue with this situation?

that quality check be “perfect” and not just “reasonably well”?
