Dear Mr. Schneider:

The Circuit Court of Palm Beach County, in the refere nced case, entered the
following judgments:

1. Amended Final Judgment awardin g monetary damages against you,


Laurence Schneider, and in favor of First American Bank, in the amount
of $1,625,072.71, dated July 30, 2017; and,

2. Final Judgment of Foreclosure against you and your wife, respectively


Laurence Schneider and Stephanie Schneider, and in favor of First
American Bank, in the amount of $1,625,072.71 , dated June 26, 2017.

Both Judgments ca ll for the accrual of interest at the rate of 5.05% per annum.

On appeal to the Fourth District Court of Appeal , the appeal of Stephanie


Schneider was dismissed by order dated October 11 , 2017. As to the appeal of
Lauren ce Schneider, by Opinion dated July 25, 2018, the Amended Fin al
Judgment and Final Judgment of Foreclosure were affirmed on all issues,
except on a procedura l point whereby First American Bank is precluded from
executing simulta neously on the Amended Final Judgment and foreclosing
under the Final Judgment of Foreclosure. Hence, only the Final Judgment of
Foreclosure was reversed and the Circuit Court was in structed to modify the
Final Judgment of Foreclosure so as to withhold the setting of the foreclosure
sale of the property until the Bank certifies that its Amended Final Judgment
remains unsatisfied. Laurence Schneider's Motion for Rehearing was denied
by Order of the Fourth District Court of Appea l dated August 22, 2018, and the
Mandate issued on September 9, 2018. Abid ing the appellate Mandate and

Opinion, the Circuit Court entered an Amended Final Judgment of Foreclosure
against you and your wife, respectively Laurence Schneider and Stephanie
Schneider, and in favor of First American Bank, for the amount of
$1,625,072.71, dated October 12, 2018. The Amended Final Judgment of
Foreclosure withholds foreclosure sale in accordance with the directions of the
appellate court.

By reason of the Mandate and Opinion, the stay was automatically lifted, the
Circuit Court reacquired jurisdiction of the referenced case , and by Order dated
October 15, 2018 , reconfirmed lifting of the stay.

Accordingly , First American Bank hereby demands immediate payment in the


amount of $1,625,072.21 , together with post-judgment interest computed
pursuant the interest rate provided in said Amended Final Judgment. As of
October 16, 2018, the amount due and owing is $1 ,732,320.89 (this amount
does not include any amount of attorney's fees , costs or expenses - see
below). Interest on the principal amount of this Judgment continues to accrue
at $224.84 per day until the full amounts called for by this Judgment are paid.

You should make this payment to First American Bank, and deliver it to:

The foregoing demand is made without prejudice to, and First American Bank
specifically reserves , all its rights and remedies under:

A. the Amended Final Judgment awarding monetary damages and


providing that First American Bank is entitled to recover further amounts
due, including but not limited to attorneys' fees, costs, expenses and all
other Indebtedness under the subject Credit Agreement and Mortgage
by supplemental judgments or otherwise; and ,

B. the Amended Final Judgment of Foreclosure, also providing that First


American Bank is entitled to recover further amounts due, including but
not limited to , seeking foreclosure sale of the property in accordance
with the procedure prescribed in aforementioned Opinion and Mandate
of the Fourth District Court of Appeal, and , seeking attorneys' fees,
costs, expenses and all other Indebtedness under the subject Credit
Agreement and Mortgage by supplemental judgments or otherwise.

Further, in the event that First American Bank does not recover or is not fully
compensated for all amounts due under the Amended Final Judgment
awarding monetary damages, the Amended Final Judgment of Foreclosure,
any and all supplemental judgments, and all other Indebtedness under the
subject Credit Agreement and Mortgage, the foregoing demand is made without

prejudice to, and First American Bank also specifically reserves , all its rights
and remedies against Laurence Schneider and Stephanie Schneider to obtain
and enforce a deficiency judgment.
