Egg Plant Omelet

Ingredients
Eggplant – From our plant
Flour- 5 php
Egg- 10 php
Salt- 2php
Pepper – 6php
Cooking oil – 12php

Procedures:

Broil the eggplant over the hot coils

Peel the eggplant
Prepare and beat the egg in a bowl,
Mix the flour, salt and pepper
Deep the peeled eggplant into the egg mixture and flatten.
In a pan put a right amount of oil and let it boil
In a boiling oil fry the Breaded eggplant, and wait until its brown.
