• Nomination of Occupier
• Copy of Land Documents in regional
language along with English Translated
version duly Notarized.
• Copy of Partnership deed, if
partnership concern
• Copy of Firm Registration.
• Copy of licence of LE-3 (if for use)
• Copy of Safety and security management
plan duly vetted by Police Department.
• 6 Copies of Passport Size Photograph of
Occupier duly signed in front.
• 6 Copies of Plan showing the Plan,
Elevation Sectional view and Site cum
Topo Plan.
• Demand Draft towards approval fees
Submission to PESO for Initial Approval
If Company:

of Company.
