 DIRECTOR'S REPORT
.lt gives me immense pleasure thattheAPCOB-CTI has brought outtheAnnualTraining Calendarfor
the year 2021-22 by conducting the Training NeedAnalysis (TNA) in the clientele organizations viz., PACS,
DCCBs and APCOB and also in consultation with the Senior Officers of APCOB, DCCBs and Staff of PACS
on the training needs of their employees. The Programmes in the Calendar have been reviewed and
approved bythe Syllabus Committee and Standing Committee of theAPCOB-CTI.

The details of training programmes scheduled for 2021-22, duration of each Programme and
relevantdates of each Programme have been given in the Calendar.

Due to prevailed pandemic situation, the CTI could not execute the approved calendar for the year
2020-21 as it is.
However, the CTI could conduct 7 programmes under Channel-l as in-campus
programmes. Further,4T Programmes underChannel-land 17 Programmes underChannel-ll have been
conducted as On-line Programmes. Apart from this, the CTI could conduct 2 off-campus programmes to
the Staff of APCOB/DCCBs/PACS. On conducting all these programmes, the CTI could train 2473
personnel and generate49TStrainee days during the year 2020-21.

I am thankful to all the clientele institutions viz.. APCOB/DCCBS/PACS for sponsoring their employees
to the Training Programmes in CTI during the year 2020-21and expects the same cooperation during the
year 2021-22 also. The C-PEC, BIRD Lucknow has accredited APCOB-CTI as "A" category institution for the
period 0111012020 to 30/09/2022. This achievement is first time in the history of APCOB-CTI.

I convey my special thanks to the senior officers of NABARD, C-PEC BIRD Lucknow, APCOB,
Board of Management of APCOB/DCCBs/PACS for their unstinted support, suggestions and
encouragement to strengthen our efforts in executing the training programmes and effective management
of the lnstitute.
