WRITTEN ASSIGNMENT

Topic: Prepare a report describing the quality management system of a selected organiza-
tion (ideally an organization that you have some experience working in) and make some
recommendations on how to improve it. You should cover the follow aspects:
(1) Overview of the organization, its areas of business.
(2) The quality policy/objectives (could be explicit or implicit)
(3) The needs and expectations of some major interested parties (customers, staff,
suppliers, banks, regulators…) and how the organization keeps track of these.
(4) The quality system processes (key activities that occur at the organisation – such
as purchasing, manufacturing, testing, etc)
(5) Support Processes (human resource, finance, marketing…)
(6) Evaluation and suggestion.
