It is submitted that the above Respondent registered a case

Petitioner/Accused U/S.190 &200 of Cr.P.C R/w 138 to 142 of
N.I.Act.
It is further submitted the case stands posted on 18-07-2022
for apperance of the Accused for 313 examination. He could not
attend due to ill-health of his mother who was admitted in the
hospital Vijayawada and he also suffering with viral fever before
this Hon’ble court and hence the Hon’ble court issued N.B.W for his
Non-appearance. The non-appearance of Accused is not willful nor
intentional, the accused will attend the hon’ble court for each and
every adjournment from hereon.
Therefore the Petitioner prays that the Hon’ble court to recall
the N.B.W issued on 18-07-2022 against the Accused and pass
necessary orders in the interest of justice.
