Food Catastrophe
According to UNICEF estimate one in every 10 children in the world experiencing Hunger and
Malnutrition. All over the world, people who are poor or who live in poverty-stricken areas are at
the greatest risk for hunger and malnutrition. In poor countries, wars and natural disasters such as
droughts and earthquakes also can contribute to hunger and malnutrition by disrupting normal
food production and distribution. An estimated 8.9 million children under five worldwide
experience malnutrition and acute hunger. In Africa, at least 20,000 deaths per day from hunger
are recorded, then the global food crisis is also a serious threat to life in the world. In the
Republic of Angola it is recorded that about 100,000 children have died from starvation due to
the food crisis.

The Republic of Finland government offered a solution to the Republic of Angola by bringing
food experts from Finland to Africa considering that the Republic of Finland managed to become
one of the most powerful countries in terms of handling the food crisis. The Republic of Finland
believes in with this strategy will bring all Countries to survive the threat of Hunger and
Malnutrition consequence by the food crisis, further the government of the Republic of Finland
also believes that the cessation of war and conflict can be taken to the International Court of
Justice.
