sellers referred as "THE TRANSFEROR" (which expression shall
unless it be repugnant to the context or meaning thereof shall
mean and include her heirs, executor or administrators and

assigns) of the ONE PART;

as "THE TRANSFEREE" (which expression shall unless it be

repugnant to the context or meaning thereof shall mean and

holding all other documents in respect of the said Shop
Premises.

WHEREAS the TRANSFEREE herein agreed to receive vacant


and peaceful possession of the Shop Premises and
TRANSFEROR herein agreed to transfer said Shop Premises in

premises i.e. FLAT NO. 503, R-4, OM SHRI SWAMI SAMARTH,


C.H.S. LTD., KHARTAN ROAD, THANE WEST-400601, as both
transferor and transferee are mutually agreed and filed consent term
before Hon'ble CJM Court, at Thane on 27.09.2021 and the Hon'ble
Court pleased to fixed the date for order dated 29.10.2021, without

consideration, only against surrender of the vacant and


peaceful possession by the transferee to the transferor i.e.
FLAT NO. 503, R-4, OM SHRI SWAMI SAMARTH, C.H.S. LTD.,
KHARTAN ROAD, THANE WEST-400601, to the transferor on the

following terms and conditions.

NOW THIS AGREEMENT WITNESSETH As UNDERE


1. The TRANSFEROR shall sign and execute this Agreement

6. The TRANSFEROR declare that the Purchaser shall be at
iberty to repair, renovate, extend, expand, furnish, the
said Shop Premises subject to the rules and regulations
of the local
authority/s.
7. The TRANSFEROR declare that the Purchaser may at
liberty to surrender the said Shop Premises under any
SRA Scheme and/or Redevelopment Plan or any other
schemes and may obtain the alternate accommodation in
lieu of the said Shop Premises.

all their rights, tittle, interest, includes the further rights
