RE: Uncomfortable environment experience and bad customer services.

Dear: Management Office of GSC Cinema

I am Tan Yin Xin, my friend and I went to your cinema yesterday, but the entire experience make us
feel very uncomfortable. The purpose that I writing this letter is to complain your cinema’s
environment and bad customer services.

So, firstly, the environment is not cleaning well. At the time that I reached my seat, there are full of
popcorn and the drink is poured off all around the seat that make me feel very disgusting. Next,
when the movie is playing, I feel like something was crawling on my feet, there is a cockroach
crawling on my feet, so the cleanliness rate of your cinema for me is very low. The customer service
of your cinema is bad as well, me and my friend wanted to ask about where to buy the ticket and
which way do we need to walk to our room, your staffs were just talking to each other and did not
respond us at all.

I hope you guys can really paying attention on these bad things occurs and I hope these kind of
problems can be solved as soon as possible.
