Subject: - Humble request you to cancel the transferring order

Venerated Sir,
This is w.r.t my visit at your office yesterday (i.e 18/01/22) regarding my request to retain me
at the present duty location where I have been working since last four years.
As discussed, the current duty place is very convenient for me to reach to and from my
accomodation which saves a lot of valuable time.
The new suggested location is very far from my accommodation, and requires at least 4 hours
of daily travelling which not only wastes times but also is quite expensive.
Hence, It is my humble request that you kindly cancel my transfer order and retain me at the
my present place.
