Subject: Revision of Fresh Rice Charge, Eff 1st August 2022.

Dear Respected Brand Partner

It has been almost 6 months since we start our Fresh Rice services in Mid-February 2022.

Unfortunately after we reviewed and recalculated all costs, also tighten the control incurred for
this service.

We truly regret that as of 1st August 2022, We have to readjust the cost of this service into 1
gram of Fresh Cooked Rice into IDR 15.

We have no desire to do it, but we are urged to keep the economical balance works during this
tough time. We hope that with this advanced notice, It will serves you a sufficient time to
prepare over your pricing and menu guidelines adjustment shall its required.
