The filter can be designed using the operating pressure, flow and fluid system parameters. The required filter rating is based on the application, the sensitivity to contamination of the components and the environmental conditions. The program leads you through the menu on a step-by-step basis. ‘A documentation of the filter selection can finally be created in the form of a POF file, This file contains the entered parameters, the designed filter with material number including spare parts, and the pressure loss curves. They are intended for attachment in pipelines. The 110LE(N) inline filter is suitable for direct installation into pressure lines. itis installed upstream components to be protected It basically consists of filter head (1), a serewable filter bowl (2), filter element (3) as well as mechanical/visual maintenance indicator (4). In case of filters with low-pres: sure-ditferential-stable filter elements (= code letter pres sure differential A), there is an assembled bypass valve (5) by default. Via the inlet, the fluid reaches the filter element (3) where itis cleaned. The dirt particles filtered aut settle in the filter bow! (2) and in the filter element (3), Via the outlet, the filtered fluid enters the hydraulic circuit. The filter housing and all connection elements are desig. ned so that pressure peaks - which may occur in the case of the abrupt opening of large control valves due to the accelerated fluid quantity - can be securely absorbed. As of size 0160, the standard equipment comprises a drain screw (6) By default, the filter is equipped with mechanicalfoptical maintenance indicator (4). The electronic switching ele rment (6) which has to be ordered separately is attached to the mechanical/optical maintenance indicator (4) and held by means of a locking ring. The electronic switching elements with 1 or 2 switching points are connected via a mating connector according to IEC 60947-5-2 or via a cable connection according to EN 17301-8083 As of size 0160, itis possible to order the filters with threaded couplings (8) for separate pressure differential measurement. Only then will the filter head be drilled accordingly. High filtration performance due to the tangential cyclone: effect flow path in the filter housing in connection with a slowdown zone at the bottom of the filter bowl. 0@ WaRNING! If the maintenance indicator is not observed while the element is exchanged, the bypass valve will open if the pressure differential increases. In this way, part of the flow reaches the clean side of the filter without filtered. Thus, effective filtration is no longer guaranteed. 10LEN0040-0100 ro Coulee eer ee {deen oporl eats eeslgs RE 51448-2X | 120LENO040-0400-2x/ 9/22 Technical data (For applications outside these values, please consult us!) general instalation position Verteal "Ambient temperature range TE TAI |-20... 165 id, M0] lahore periods down to -90/-22) Storage conditions —_~ Seal NBR TEP] |=A0 85 (40 149; man, relative air hamiety 65 % ~ Seal FAM Se Pel |-O... $65 (92. +149], max, elie ar humility 65% Weight NG 0080 0063 e100 ieibsl| it eal 1325) 35/85 NG ‘160 0250 400 ets | 85177 4283 23 Volume NG ‘040 0063 0100 TiaSeal| 03 (008) wa 0) 0 [0.6] NS 160 0250 0800) TS 14 [037] 8 (050) 291077) Waterat ~Fiter head arin TFiker bow! ‘Aluminum T Bypass valve PAG / steel] POM = Seals NBR / FRM ~ Optical maintenance Voie, Vib, v2.2 [Aluminum indicator Wo brave = Eleckronie switching element Plastic Pae hydraulic Maximum operating pressure ar (esi) | 420 (1585) Hyalravle uid temperature range "6 [5] |-10 to r100 [o1ate-o1a) Fatigue strength according to1S0 1077 Toad cycles [> 208 with operating pressure iype of pressure measurement of the maintenance ialeator Differential pressure ‘Assignment: Response pressure of the maintenance Response prossure of the ‘racking pressure of he Indieatorf eracking pressure of the bypass valve maintenance indicator bypass valve artes | 0.8 © 0.15 (1162221 25 = 0.25 (86.3236) 5502 (21.8223) 2.50.26 06.2386) 5.0205 (725273) 70205 (1015273) > The individual load frequeney of the apalication > The actually occuring pressure increase rate The service ie of the components is &.g Influenced by The technical specifications apply complying with the specified performance mits.
