Dream house and Reflection

Before creating the layout of my dream home, I knew what I wanted but It made me truly

think what I wanted in a house and what to use my salary for in the future. This made me think I

will need a room for a future kid I will have, a place to be able to work in where it is not

disrupted, and a guest bedroom. This layout of my dream house has all my requirements for

when I am living off a teacher’s salary. This looks like a family friendly home that will be able to

house me for many years and if not for the rest of my life. This house has a front room and a

living room where I would be able to have family gatherings and even host holidays in. This

seems like a simple, yet very planned out layout for a home that is usually common that is built

in Las Vegas, and I think it would be a very positive home to live in.

This project used the NETS standards because of the planning aspect while using

technology. This project really made me think where to place everything in my home, almost the

same concept as the layout of my classroom that I was able to create in my last drawing.
