My first challenge was trying to think of a suitable topic that fits the parameters of the
assignment. My immediate thought was to do space, but I saw that was one of the
examples. Trying to think of something else with enough components was tough. I had
an idea about computers, and had to decide between software and hardware. I want
to work with primary students, so I chose hardware because I figured that would be
substantially easier for any student to understand. Formatting was the easiest part.

Standard 2.6.d: Model and nature creativity and creative expression to communicate
ideas, knowledge, or connections.

This is a very excellent and versatile project. I would say this is more suitable for older
grades that are better at using technology and extensive research. This could be used
for really any topic or subject, I would encourage my students to focus on a topic that
they are passionate about or a topic that they would like to know more about. It would
be very good to post the finished products on a discussion board or any kind of public
classroom forum where students can view each other’s assignments. I could see this
working very well for a timeline for a historical event or time period.
