How are you? It has been long time since I last heard from you. Great! It is beneficial that
your neighbourhood is organising a programme to reduce the use of plastic bags.

However, I’m sorry Sabrina, I won’t be able to take part in the activities because I need to
prepare for my examinations that will be held next month.

I completely agree with you that plastic bags are not environmental-friendly because it
cannot decay which means they are non-biodegradable.

My apologizes for not attending the programme this time. Hopefully I can join such
programme in future.

- I'm grateful for the invitation, but as i mentioned earlier, I can’t attend the programme. However,
my family and friend will definitely join the programme as your neighbourhood is quite near to mine.
I promise that I will join for another programme in future
