DEED OD EXTRA JUDICIAL PARTITION AND SETTLEMENT

OF ESTATE OF DECEASED PERSONS

Know all by men by these presents;

That we, FERDINAND MANAOIS, married NOEMI MANAOIS DELA

CUADRA married, LITA C. CALIPAYAN, married LETECIA L. FLORES married
BOYONG ______ married, all legal ages and all Filipino’s and resident of Brgy. Pugaro
Manaoag, Pangasinan.

WITNESETH

That, we are the sole and legitimate heirs of the late ENRIQUE RAMOS, who
died intestate at Brgy. Pugaro, Manaoag Pangasinan on ___________ respectively, that at
the time of their death he left a parcel of land particularly and bounded as follows;

“That certain parcel of land PSU-2187, with a n area of Three Thousand

Seven Hundred Forty-Nine sq.m. more or less (3749 sq.m) situated at Brgy.
Pugaro Manaoag Pangasinan bounded on the North; Juan Castillo on the South;
Tranquileno Ramos on the East; Cornelio Armas on the West; Cornelio Vecinal
are on the Subdivision Plan free from all liens and encumbrances whatever
declared under TAX No. 00466, ass at as per land records of
Manaoag, Pangasinan.

That from the best of our information and belief, the said deceased left no
debts,
That the parties hereto being all legal ages and with full civil capacity to
contract do hereby presents, agree to divide and adjudicate among themselves the
above- described parcel by land in equal share – Pro indiviso subject to Sec.4 Rule
74 of the rules of the Court.
