Well, My name is Sumit Sinha. I am basically from Patna, Bihar, and currently
staying in Gurgaon Sector 21. I have completed my Bachelor in Computer Application
from IGNOU. I have 2 years of international BPO experience. My last company was
Worxpertise Where I was working as an Executive customer experience for our Dubai-
based customers. It was a blended process. Before that, I was working on a contract
basis for Majorel Where my process was Amazon. I worked there for 3 months. And my
first company was Teleperformance. Where I worked for 16 months. My process was for
Comcast. It was also a blended process for Xfinity Mobile. Regarding my family
background, I have four members in my family. My parents and my younger brother.
