problem-solving skills. Yet employers tell college administrators that graduates, both from

undergraduate and graduate programs, often lack these skills.

1. Having read this week's assigned materials, how would you define critical thinking?

1. Having read this week's assigned materials, how would you define critical thinking?

Would you believe If I told you that you make 35000 of decisions in a day? It's

estimated that the average adult makes more than 35,000 decisions per day (Zak, 2020). This

means from the moment you wake up until you go back to bed, there are thousands of

decisions made every single day. In essence, your very existence of where you are and what

you could highly influenced by the decisions you made. Which is why critical thinking, is

critical to prevent negative loss to us and others who trust us. This begs the question “what is

critical thinking?” According to Mind Tools Club, “Critical thinking is the discipline of

rigorously and skilfully using information, experience, observation, and reasoning to guide
your decisions, actions, and beliefs. You'll need to actively question every step of your

thinking process to do it well” In my opinion critical thinking is taking into the
