PROMISORY NOTE

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

 
I, PETRA ANIŇON, of legal age, Filipino a resident of Miputak,
Dipolog City make commitment to pay GOVERNOR ROBERTO Y.
UY the sum of FIFTY THOUSAND PESOS (Php 50,000.00) which I
received from him in cash on _________________. The said amount is
payable to the latter by the time the undersigned affiant will receive
the cash payment for the expropriation her lot located at Amatong
Road, Dipolog City by Local Government of Dipolog.
