Work-related stress is a rising issue worldwide, affecting the health and well-being of employees

and the productivity of businesses. The guest speaker emphasizes that job-related stress occurs
when various sorts and combinations of work demands surpass a person's capacity and
competence to cope.

I also realized that what one individual considers stressful, another may consider difficult. The
job, the person's psychological makeup, and other factors influence whether or not a person
suffers work-related stress like personal life and general health. I also discovered in the webinar
that a variety of factors could induce Work-related stress. For example, if their employment
obligations such as hours or duties are higher than they can easily manage, they may feel under
pressure. Additionally, conflict with coworkers is another source of work-related stress.

And If the stress and concern at work become too much for you to bear, I suggest discussing
with someone you trust and taking a break. It is not a weakness. Instead, it is a sign of strength.
My sister experienced panic attacks at work previously. The most has helped her have
nonjudgmental, sympathetic coworkers sit with her, listen, and give her space. Regular
meditation and writing journals also helped her regulate my anxiety and reduced the episodes
altogether.

To summarize, give yourself the best chance of mental wellness and success at work by being
organized and prepared. You avoid toxic surroundings, report bullying, harassment, and
discrimination, take breaks and manage stress and anxiety with prevention in mind. The majority
of individuals spend most of their time at work. Thus mental health is essential. Even if you feel
your career is more important, your mental health comes first.
