Force Major & Inability to Perform = The Hotel will not be held liable for any failure or delay in complying with any obligation imposed on the Hotel under this contract to the extent such failure or delay arises directly or indirectly from a Force Major Event (including without limitation, an act of war, terrorist attack, threat of terrorist attack or health epidemic declared by the World Health Organization, strike, lockout, breakdown accident, order or regulation of or by action of any governmental authority, natural catastrophes, civil disturbance, emergency or other event beyond the control of the Hotel). Further in the event, the Hotel is not in the position to perform its obligations under this contract for any reason other than a Force Major Event, the Hotel will give the client no less than 1(one) month written notice, together with a refund of any deposit paid by the client to the Hotel.
