There are a number of reasons why a barter

economy is beneficial: Bartering allows people to

get what they need with what they already have
and is simple, but a big problem is to ensure a fair trade or another may be
that a person cannot find what they’re looking for.
On the other side, money is certainly much more
efficient than bartering, but it has the problem
that if in cash it can be stolen very easily, and the
fact that many countries have different
currencies from each other can also be a
problem. However, the currency is better
because otherwise the economy of a country
would not go on.
