Task 1: The bar chart describes the number of people using different

dating apps in America between 2000 and 2006

The bar chart highlights information on how many American people use
particular dating apps from 2000 to 2006. 

Overall, it can be seen that there were significant fluctuations in the


number of users of Tinder, Bumble, Coffee Meets Bagel and OkCupid,
except Hinge. Furthermore, Tinder was the most popular app among
these categories. 

In terms of Tinder and Hinge, in 2000, the quantity of people using


Tinder to date was highest, at 10 000, followed by Hinge, at 80 000. In
the next four years, the number of individuals using  these two apps
decreased to 70 000 and 60 000 respectively. In 2006, while Tinder
witnessed a rise to around 11 000 in the number of users, the figure for
Hinge continued to fall and finished at more than 40000. 

Regarding the remaining apps,  60000 people used Coffee Meets Bagel
to find their soulmates in 2000. The figures for Bumble and Okpid were
moderately lower, at 40000 and 30000 respectively. The quantities of
Coffee Meets Bagel and Okpid fluctuated and rose to 80000 and 60000
respectively in 2006. At the same time, the number of people using
Bumble fell to 20000 at the end of the period.
