 Since these days short form video content is the most consumed, something along
those lines would reach masses and increase the traffic on the page.
 For the filming of short form content, involvement of all committee members must
be there.
 Usage of relevant hashtags and trending concepts would multiply the numbers.
 Short clips of various events can be recorded and put in the reel section which will
definitely increase the reach multi fold.
 Short clips or photos of the committee sessions can be posted on the story section of
the Instagram page regularly.
 Segments can be introduced on the stories in which interactive stories can be put up.
for eg.- management quizzes
 We can collaborate with HR Clubs of different management institutions, for eg.-
Great lakes, IMT, IIM Ranchi, MDI etc. on various events.
 Online competition can be introduced in campus, wherein teams or individuals can
participate to form a video depicting how an HR should behave, which can be shared
on HRiday Instagram handle. This would increase engagement and reach immensely
and people would be interested in following the page for more such content.
