How to Set the Budget Management

1. Budget Setting

1) Go to Settings (Gear icon


) > Tools > Budgeting

2) Select the ‘Add budget’.

3) Enter the Name, Fiscal Year(Jan~Dec), Interval(Monthly), Pre-fill data(No), Subdivide by(Class)

4) Select the lowest level of classes name in the “Add subdivided budget for” box.
(You can select classes one by one and enter the amount, or select all at once to enter the amount.
However, it is recommended to select the class one by one and record the exact amount of the classes in the COA.)

5) Click the ‘Next’ button.

6) Enter the budget data(Local currency) into the monthly table based on POA approved.(Income & Expense)

7) Click the ‘Save’ button.

Once done, You can check the Report on 'Budgets vs. Actuals by class'. Here's how:

1) Go to Settings(Gear icon
) > Tools > Budgeting

2) Find your budget on the list.

3) Select the ‘Edit of Action ▼’ drop-down and then ‘Run Budgets vs. Actuals’ report.

4) Click the ‘Customize’ button.

You can choose the report


format you want to check.

5) Click the ‘Run report’ button.

(If you choose the 'Classes vs Months', you can check the results below.)
