OUTLINE OF THE STATE CASE

1 The complaint in this case is TENDAI KAMUTI a male adult aged 28 years residing at Dask Plot,
Mountain lodge , Upper Vumba, Chief Zimunya, Mutare and is not employed.

2Accused number 1 in this case is TENDAI BANDURO a male adult aged 21 years residing at Leopard rock
turn off, Upper Vumba ,Chief Zimunya ,Mutare and is not employed.

3Accused number 2 in this case is KNOWLEDGE MUNYAIKE amale adult aged 27 years residing at Norse
land Campsite ,Upper Vumba, Chief Zimunya, Mutare and is not employed.

4Accused number 3 in this case is JAMES MADHOROBHA a male adult aged 23 years residing at Bricken
Ridge Resort , Upper Vumba ,Chief Zimunya ,Mutare and is not employed.

5 Complaint and the 3 accused persons are neighbors

6On the 08 the day of March 2022 and at around 1845 hours and at Mountain lodge , Upper Vumba,
Chief Zimunya ,Mutare complaint was selling his vegetables when the three accused persons pulled
complaint's bag containing vegetables and started assaulting complaint with fists.

7 As that did not go well with the complaint he went on to exchange fists with the three accused
persons .

8The complaint then rescued himself and run that's when he realized that his wallet and kgtel
cellphone and vida cellphone were nowhere to be found in my pocket l then returned back where l had
left the three accused persons .
9 On arrival at the scene was accused number 2 holding a wooden log and started assaulting complaint
several times all over complaint several times

10 Complaint rescued himself by running into a thick bush

11 Complaint sustained an injury on the left leg and right arm and was not medically examined.

12 The accused persons acted unlawful.
