FIN-PCC-PAY-0003-2018 To All Departments of Government/ All Heads of Department/ All Collectors Sub: _Drawal of 10% arrear remuneration during the financial year 2019-20 arising out of revision of remuneration of contractual employees vide G.A & P.G Department Notification No.19569/Gen dtd.12.09.2017 and No.19574/Gen dtd.12.09.2017. The remuneration of the contractual employees engaged under G.A Department Resolution No.32010/Gen, dtd.12.11.2013 and Resolution No.1147/Gen, dtd.17.01.2014 was revised vide G.A & P.G Department Notification No.19574/Gen, dtd.12.09.2017 and Notification No.19569/Gen, dtd.12.09.2017 respectively w.e.f 01.01.2016 and they were ‘allowed to draw the revised remuneration from 01.09.2017. Thereafter, instruction was issued vide Finance Department Memo No.6072/F dtd.12.03.2018 for drawal of 40% arrear remuneration due for the period from 01.01.2016 to 31.08.2017 on account of revision of remuneration. Now, Government have been pleased to release further 10% of the total arrear remuneration of the aforementioned period i.e. from 01.01.2016 to 31.08.2017 on the same terms and conditions applied at the time of drawal of 1" phase 40% arrear salary. Drawal of above 10% arrear remuneration in favour of the contractual employees shall be possible only after drawal of 1 phase 40% arrear remuneration. The D.D.0 of the establishment should ensure that the above 10% arrear remuneration may be drawn and disbursed by 20.03.2020.
