Reflection

I think, therefore I am

Descartes' remark, "I think, therefore I am," I believe, is a self-awareness

statement. It's important to remember that we have power over how we think. What is

the significance of this? We may build a specific sort of world to live in by managing our

ideas. Human self-consciousness and self-awareness is the defining characteristic of

our existence. I believe it implies that I am capable of doing whatever it is that I believe I

am capable of.  I can keep pushing myself to be the best version of myself. I can do

anything my physical body allows me to do or become.  I am because I think I am.
