This is a story of two little children, Michael and Naomi.

They were close ever since they lived

next door to each other and were the same age. They used to spend time together, mostly after
school.
One day Michael and Naomi were playing together in Naomi’s house. Michael had some
candies, while Naomi had a small packet of chocolate balls. Then, Naomi told Michael that she would
give all her chocolate balls in exchange for Michael’s sweets.
“Michael, how do you think if we exchange my candies and your chocolate balls?” Naomi asked.
“What do you mean?” Michael replied.
“I give you my candies, and you give me your chocolate balls.” Naomi explained.
“Okay,’ Michael agreed.
However, Naomi kept some big and fine chocolate balls aside and gave the rest to Michael.
Michael didn’t know it. In fact, he gave all his sweets to Naomi as he had promised. After exchanging
their possessions, Michael went home for a nap and so did Naomi.
Do you know what happened to them? Michael could sleep soundly, but Naomi couldn’t. While
lying down on her bed, Naomi kept wondering if Michael had hidden some sweets from her just like
she had done with her chocolate balls. She could not sleep even for a minute. And it happened again
when she was going to sleep at night. Poor girl!
