SO 1: Improve Research Program and Packaging

1. Conduct an In-house plenary and planning sessions to the RDO associates, academic
heads, research instructors, and curriculum planning session to integrate methodologies
for interdisciplinary approach - Instructor’s Guide (College) and in HS DLL

2. Develop a communication strategy (print and online) to increase the


visibility, priorities, and emerging areas of research and engagement activities

3. Implement an annual research colloquium and expo events for recognition of authors
and dissemination of findings for both college and high school students

4. Identify and track additional indicators of scholarly and research activities for
professional development of RDO Associates

SO 2: Establish Committees for Quality Assurance System

1. Appoint and collaborate with Research Directors/Coordinators from other
