SC/ST candidates of the aforesaid categories shall have to onclose an attested copy of the certificate issued by the Competent Authority otherwise heishe shall not be given the benefit of reservation. Ifthe applications received are less than the plot reserved under any reserved category, the remaining plots willbe transferred to General Category Applicants at he time of draw of ots ELIGIBILITY A-t Eligibility for GENERAL CATEGORY (i) The applicant should be an Indian citizen and competent to contract and have attained the age of majority on the date of ‘opening of the Scheme, (i) He/she should not earier been allotted any residential plot or lat or house, in fullorin part, on lease hold or free hold basis or under HPTA (Hire Purchase Tenancy Agreement), License Agreement by the Greater Noida Industrial Development Authority either in his/her name or his/her spouse name or in the name of histher minor ar dependent children, under this, category, (ii) Eligible applicant, his/her spouse or histher dependant children can apply one plot only. A2 Eligibility for proscribed RESERVED CATEGORIES (i) The applicant stiould be competentto contractand have attained the age of majority. (®) Only such applicants/industial units/commercialinstitutional establishments or their Managing Directoriwhole time Director(s)! Proprietor’ Partner(s)/Trustee(s) and Tenure-holders/Co-tenure Holders to whom the land alloted by Greater (). (o) 1. Bonafide industrial units tutfiling the following conaitions willbe eligible The Industrial Plot has been allotteditranstorred by Groat. Noida Industrial Development Authority on or before 30th Jur 2010 and unit has been declared functional on or before closing date of this scheme. Applicant has to enclose functions Certificate issued by the Authority with the application form (i) The unithas cleared all dues of the Authority due upto 30 6.2070 on account of premium, lease rent, interest etc., and has been deciared functional from GNIDA by the closing date of scheme, Applicant has to enclose No Dues Certificate issued bythe Authority wth the application form 2. _In.case application is being made by Proprietor/Partner/Managing Director/whole time Director of the industrial unit, the following conditions must be flfiled (() Applicant should be the Managing Director/whole time Director/ Partner! Proprietor ofthe bonafide industrial unit on and before 30th June 2010 (i) Nominated Director(s) ofthe company shall nat be eligible (ii) The applicantof Industral category willhave tofulfllall conditions as mentioned in Clause A-2 above, (iv) The etigibiity for allotment of residential plot shall be for one plot ony either in the name of the unitor its bonafide Managing Director/whole-time Director/Pariner/Scle Proprietor, irespective of number of premises in possession of unit Incase one director has taken residential plot against his"X° unit and he is also director of "Y" unit, he shall not be eligible against unt" ‘and one ofthe remaining directors of unit shallbe eligible under the scheme. ELIGIBLE BONAFIDE COMMERCIAL ESTABLISHMENT- 1 The commercial establishment should have been allotted the commercial plot/shop/affice space in its name on or before 30.06.2010 & has executed | registered legal documentatiorviease deed and has been declared functional by GNIDA on or before closing date ofthe scheme. Applicant has toenclose a cerified copy ofthe functional certificate issued by GNIDA, 2. The commercial establishment has cleared all dues ofthe Authority payable upto 30.06.2010 on account of premium, lease rent, interest etc. by the closing date of scheme, Applicant has to enclose No Dues Certificate issued by the Authority with the application form, 3. Bonafide functional sub-lessee of commercial establishment whe has obtained the premises from the lessee of commercial plot on or before 30.06.2010 and has acquired sub-iease hold rights through the Authority by executing sub-lease agreement and paid all payable dues upto 30.06.2010 of the Authority and made the commercial establishment functional (on or before closing date of the scheme shall also be eligibie. Applicant is required to enclose a certified copy of No Dues Certificate and functional cortficate issued by the Authority. 4. In case application is being made by Proprietor/Partner/Managing Director/Whole-time Director of the commercial establishment, the name of such proprietor/Pariner/Director should have been taken on record in the Commercial Department of GNIDA an or before closing date of scheme, 5. Such commercial establishmentitheir ProprietoriPartner/ Managing Director shall not be eligible where the commercial Establishmenthas been obtained through transfer and past ownerhad already obtained a residential pita, 6. The eligibility for allotment of residential plot shall be for one plot only either in the name of establishment or its Bonafide Director/Partner/Sole proprietor irrespective of number of premises in the possession of Establishment ELIGIBLE BONAFIDE INSTITUTION: ‘Bonafide institution fufiing the under mentioned conditions on or before closing date of the scheme willbe eligible: 1. The institution should have been ailotte the institutional piot/premises in its name on or before 30.06.2010 & has taken Physical possession of institutional plo/premises after legal documentation and has been declared functional from GNIDA on or before closing date of the scheme. The applicant has to enclose a certified copy ofthe functional certificate with the application form. 2 ‘The institutional establishment has cleared all payable dues of the Authority upto 30.08 2010 on account of premium, lease rent, interest etc. by the closing date of scheme.
