Together with this Notice, we SPM Holding Pte Ltd, for the time being
we are very forced to postpone our work of Coal Supply from South
Kalimantan, Indonesia because in our country Singapore is under
lockdown by the government until June 13, 2021 because of COVID-19.

Therefore, seeing this situation, we can continue our work starting on

June 14, 2021 and hopefully it will get better.
