A RESOLUTION TO OPEN BANK ACCOUNT AT BDO UNDER THE NAME OF LOWER NANGKA-
PLAIN LAPAZ IRRIGATORS’ ASSOCIATION, INC.

WHEREAS, The Lower Nangka-Plain Lapaz Irrigators’ Association Inc. is an organized association registered
with Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC);

WHEREAS, During the BOT/Officers meeting, the body chosen BDO as their depository bank to secure the
association’s fund;

WHEREAS, The association cannot withdraw any amount without the signatories of the IA President
REYNALDO V. OTON , IA Vice President DENNIS V. OTON and IA Secretary BELLEN O. MARIANO;

NOW THEREFORE, on motion by BOT BRAULIO OTON and duly seconded by all of the Officers and
board of trustees a resolution to open bank account at BDO under the name of Lower Nangka-Plain Lapaz
Irrigators’ Association Inc

CARRIED UNANIMOUSLY. . .

Let copies of this resolution be furnished to the National Irrigation Administration (NIA) RO9 for ready
reference.
