Appointments are available to anyone age 6
months through 5 years. Carlton County Public
Health and Human Services will be providing the TIME
Moderna Vaccine, which is a two-dose series.
Please plan for the second dose within the same 2:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.
timeframe on Wednesday, August 31st.
Registration will be available for the second dose
at your first appointment. If you have questions
about the vaccine, please talk with your child's
primary care provider.

DO NOT attend the vaccine clinic if you have tested
positive within 10 days of the clinic. If you are a
recent close contact to someone with COVID-19,
DO NOT attend if it has been 5 days or less since
your last contact OR if you have developed
symptoms of COVID-19 or are feeling ill.
