    My name is Wilbur Levans musician (singer) attached to Kross Kolor Records and my Soca
    Monarch entry has been selected for the finals on February 19th, 2022.

    Based on the concept of my presentation, which will be promoting safety during the COVID-19
    Pandemic, I am hereby seeking the following;

    1. A one (1) min video on following the COVID guidelines.


    2. Sponsorship of 4 dancers. (4x $15,000) in the sum of sixty thousand dollars.

    In return for your kind support, I will use my talent to assist the Ministry of Health to promote
    safety during the pandemic.

    Also, at the end of my presentation I will be featuring the Minister of Health during one of his
    COVID-19 based speeches.
