The month of APRIL 2022

DATE ACCOMPLISHMENT
WEEK 1  We had our first teaching demonstration.

WEEK 2  We had a celebration for the birthday of our
(4-8) school president, Rev. Fr. Jiovani C. Gulmatico.
 We arranged modules for the final quarter and
distributed them to students who had passed the
outputs for the midterm.
WEEK 3  Holy Week
(11-15)
WEEK 4  I checked the outputs with my interns and
(19-22) taught a brief regarding school forms.
WEEK 5  We had another demonstration, and I
(25-29) commented and further explained what they had
demonstrated.

Accomplishment Report
The month of MAY 2022

DATE ACCOMPLISHMENT
WEEK 1  We had a mass to celebrate the annexation of
(2-6) Rev. Fr. Jiovani C. Gulmatico as a priest.
WEEK 2  We had a simulation for preparing limited face-
(9-13) to-face classes.
WEEK 3  As our first week of limited face-to-face classes
(16-21) began, I gave a brief explanation of our last
lesson.
WEEK 4  I have already recorded in my E-class record
(23-28) the outputs that I have finished checking.
WEEK 5  I started checking the outputs for the final
(30-31)
 We had a session with my practice teachers to
clarify the proposition in the generalization part
of the lesson plan.
