Perform Course Backup

Main objective:
To add a perform a course backup.

Context:

• There may be times that things are not going our way. The worst case that can happen to data
saved on the cloud is losing them. Performing a backup to our course may save ourselves
from doing almost everything from scratch.

Procedures:
1. Once inside your course, turn editing on.
2. Click the Gear icon on the upper right corner of your course site.
3. In the dropdown menu, click Backup.
4. Include enrolled users.
5. Click Next and make sure that all resources and required data are checked.
6. Click Next and Perform backup.
7. Click Continue.
8. In the Course Backup Area, download the file.
9. Rename the file with your surname and the date the course back up was performed. Ensure
that you maintain the file type of the course backup (.mbz).
10. Upload your backup file to complete the activity.
