Performance Task 3.

Set up Activity Completion and Access Restrictions
Main objective:
To setup restrictions and activity completion to all the activities and resources in the course.
Context:

• Monitoring students’ progress is one of the key responsibilities of the teachers. Students’
performance in the course must be relayed to their parents, as well as to other concerned
teachers in the school. In an online learning environment, one of the ways to manage this
responsibility is to setup activity completion and restriction settings appropriately.

Procedures:
1. Once inside your course, turn editing on.
2. In all of the activities and resources in your course, setup Restrictions such that:
a. The activities must be accomplished in order. This means the activity requires a
completion of the previous activity or resource.
b. For restrictions such that an activity or resource will open on the particular date
scheduled in your Study Guide. For example, a book resource will open on
September 15, 2022.
3. You may explore other restrictions too.
4. In all of the activities and resources you have in your course, you have to setup Activity
Completion. Please consider the following:
a. For book resources, files, the students must view to complete them.
b. For Quizzes, set the passing score to 80%. You may play with the number of
attempts allowed as you deemed appropriate and the score to be recorded as well.
c. For Assignments, make sure that the students must submit to complete them. For
some, you may require grading to complete.
5. Take four screenshots showing your uploaded file to your course section.
6. Save your work as PDF file.
7. Upload your output to complete the activity.
