RE: Penalty and Interest Waiver Request

TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN,

I, Ruben I. Pasia, owner of RNE PLAZA with PAG IBIG employer number 208-08928-003, would
like to request a waiver for the penalty and interest of my employee contribution from the start
of pandemic on March 2019 to February 2020 due to economic depression. During also this
period, the business is in transition to be corporation in the name of PASVAR CORPORATION,
which saves the business from closure. In this period also, we have no business transactions
due to the pandemic and business transition. There are massive lockdowns since the start of
the pandemic from March 2019 until they loosen the lockdowns last August 2021.
