Article 1525

Seller of goods is seemed to be an UNPAID SELLER

1. Pag yung kabuuang dapat babayaran ay di na meet

2. Kapag ang bill of exchange ay natanggap as conditional payment sa kadahilanang amg bill of
lading is indorsed (para bayaran ng iba yung instrument other than the payee), or a consignor or
an agent who has himself paid or directly responsible for the price at kung ibang tao ang nasa
posisyon ng seller.

Article 1526

Tungkol lang to sa REMEDIES OF AN UNPAID SELLER (pag napasa na ang ownership sa buyer)

1. Possessory lien – hindi nakatakdang maghatid kung hindi binayaran ng mamimili ang presyo
2. Stopage in transit – right ng seller na ipatigil ang pag deliver ng goods papunta sa buyer
3. Right of resale – matik na
4. Right to rescind – rescind the transfer of title and resume the ownership in the goods
