We are writing on behalf of the Damalerio family to regrettably inform you of

our decision regarding the area you currently occupy within the Bula residence
(TCT No. T-147-2016007538, Lot No. 14-H-2-B, Psd-194163). For decades, your
family has been living therein by virtue of the goodwill and acquiescence of our
parents, and there has been no problem with this setup on our part. However, time
has come when our family already needs to use the area.

With this, we are requesting you to peacefully vacate the premises by the
end of December 2021. I am hoping for your utmost understanding on this
matter. Thank you and stay safe.

Psd-194163). Sulod sa mga dekada, ang inyong pamilya nagpuyo niini tungod sa
