Acknowledgement

Being a part of the TEYL course was a fantastic opportunity that I had been looking
forward to.

I am proud and honoured to have met such caring, well-educated, and professional
colleagues all across the world.

I am grateful to George Mason University and, in particular, Heather Andrew, our

Course teacher, who has been pretty fair, attentive, kind, and supportive while providing
feedback.

I understand how difficult it is to read and grade all of the assignments, thereforeI
compliment her for her professionalism. We were shown devotion and equality.

I am grateful to the United States Embassy in Albania for providing this opportunity and
a special thank goes to the Albanian Ministry of Education and Sport for their support to
participate in this Course and training sessions arranged for TEYL teachers.

Throughout the course, I learned a great deal. I recall my first days as a first-grade teacher
well. Between the kids, I was afraid and helpless. I've worked with children before, but this
was my first time teaching them. I had no notion what I was up against at first. I had
prepared my lesson plan in accordance with the curriculum design requirements and had
examined the course material, but I still felt something was missing. I chose to do my best to
help the kids learn because they are so adorable, cute, and pure.
In fact, this TEYL course came at the perfect time.

I've discovered several useful resources to add to my toolkit. Now, both professionally and
pedagogically, I am a better teacher. I know I've put in a lot of effort and helped them learn.

At first, the children had some of problems. They moved around and didn't pay attention to me.
They were unable to focus effectively.

The strategies, activities, techniques, and videos presented in this course were really beneficial to
me. Now the class atmosphere and environment are fantastic, quiet, and enjoyable to return to. The
students enjoy English and enthusiastically attend English classes.

The class atmosphere is lively and entertaining through adopting rules, routines, singing songs,
playing games, drawing, and colouring. The children sing and act out the songs that have been
taught to them. Make a circle, Rainbow, Hide and seek, If you are pleased, the English alphabet song
They are well-behaved and get excellent outcomes. The capacities of the hyperactive and
introverted children are improving for better. When children approach and give gifts such as hugs
and drawings with sweet messages on them, it is the most amazing moment. They express their
gratitude by saying, "Thank you teacher for assisting you, for making the lesson enjoyable and
instructive." And such comments inspire in my desire to be more kind and supportive.

Children deserve to the most wonderful, professional, and patient teacher possible.

My dreams will continue to come true. I'll make contact with professional organizations and join
them. I'd want to stay in touch with the lecturers in this course and contact them directly, as well as
create a Whatsapp group with them. I AM GOING TO CLICK ON ALL OF THE LINKS IN THE BEYOND
THE COURSE SECTION. Of course, I am open to any collaboration or cooperation that may be
required, and I want to participate and create further my courses at OPEN.

Feel free to keep me in mind. We will work hard to succeed, and I consider myself fortunate to have
met you, even if only virtually.

Sincerely yours, Majlinda
