It is said that keeping your eyes and ears open at all times you aware of your

surroundings and helps you gain knowledge. The much-needed knowledge

which might come into use at any point, in one’s life. In the same way, opening
one’s mind to new ideas, challenges and change is the ingredients of self-
development. Thus, getting exposed to a new challenge and interactive process
is my main reason to be part of Aarambh.
I want to be a part of the Aarambh team, as I believe it is a great opportunity to
interact with the new batch. Becoming a part of Aarambh will not only help me
in networking but also enhance my leadership skills, organizational and
managerial skills.
I did my graduation with B.Tech CSE. From my graduation days, I have always
actively participated in curricular and co-curricular activities. In my graduation,
I not only organized an event for the very first time but also made it a great
success. I have worked in a small non-profitable organization that conducts
various events in my hometown to provide benefits to needy children and
women. I have organized many events in my hometown, which helped me to
have an understanding of time management skills and interests in other areas
other than academics. Here at IIM Rohtak, I am the president of the Cultural
Committee and, also the design and creative head of the TEDx team.
I believe I am a suitable candidate for the team, as of my past experience in
leadership, communication, problem-solving, group development and
management, finance, presentation, and public speaking. I bring along with me
a strong desire to learn, a habitude for teamwork and leadership, and a zest for
challenges.
